All For Him

Romans 12:1 "I urge you... give your body as a living sacrifice."  (The verse of my life)

So today is my 6th year Christian birthday!!!  I really don't know exactly when God considered me to be a saved son, but it was six years ago on November 3rd that I chose to follow the Lord, give Him my life, and also was baptized.  Since then my life has taken off.  I am not at all where I though I would be at this time of my life, but there is also no where that I'd rather be.  I went through my journal last night for the first time and reread many old posts of where I was at different times of my life.  Man its been a great ride.  Honestly.  I mainly reread the hard times of life, because that was when I wrote most.  Its amazing to see the Lord working now in those times even when I couldn't see it then.  I've seen prayers answered that I wrote, and I've seen my life and mind and heart transformed.  In this time I've seen my family saved, my self set free, and God's kingdom come everywhere I've been.  A surrendered life is never wasted.  That's all I can say to sum up these past six years.  I've walked in power, failure, life, death, joy and peace, and worry and doubt.  Through it all this remains: My life is His, god make it what You want.
